Who is an accredited investor?

In accordance with the Securities Law, 1968, an accredited investorship can be declared if any one of the three conditions listed below are met:

1. The total value of the liquid assets you own exceeds 8,364,177 New Israeli Shekels (NIS).
2. You have received an annual income of over 1,254,627 NIS over the last two years, or the income of the family unit to which you belong has received over 1,881,940 NIS annually over the last two years.
3. You own total net liquid assets worth over 5,227,610 NIS and have received an annual income of over 627,313 NIS over the last two years or family-unit income of over 940,969 NIS.
