REALTY BUNDLES: February 2025 Updates
We’re excited to share our latest updates and achievements from February 2025! Last month, we expanded our Bundles with new investments, welcomed new team members and published insightful articles on our blog. Let’s dive in!
BUNDLES – WHAT’S NEW?
The Europe Bundle completed its investment in a project developing twin houses in Mežāres (near Latvia’s capital Riga ). The investment was fully repaid in line with the initial projections.
The Sweden Bundle refinanced a loan for a complex containing 52 rental homes via a secured loan. The properties enjoy lake views and are located in central Bromölla, Skåne. All the homes are rented.
Additionally, the Bundle completed its investment in a renovation project in Tierp with profits meeting our projections.
The UK Bundle completed two projects:
The residential-led development project in Romford was completed and the invested capital and interest were repaid on schedule.
Additionally, the Bundle exited the project located at Gatley, Greater Manchester, SK8. The project originator’s inability to finish the project resulted in a small loss and the pledged assets in unfinished condition were sold at auction.
The Portugal Bundle completed a development project in the Vila Nova de Famalicão. The Bundle has received its invested capital and interest.

Our team continues to grow! We’re thrilled to welcome:
Nick Lisovskyy – QA Engineer
Nick specialises in manual testing for websites and mobile apps. He’s skilled in functional testing, test case creation (Qase), bug reporting (Jira) and API testing (Postman).
Filipp Gromak – Senior Software Engineer
With 15 years of experience designing and implementing complex solutions including CRM systems, games, and e-commerce platforms, Filipp brings expertise in C#, C++, Go, Rust, JavaScript, PHP and SQL/NoSQL databases. Beyond his professional work, he mentors and volunteers, demonstrating his commitment to technical excellence and community growth.
Additionally, we’re thrilled to welcome two independent directors to Smart’s leadership team, who will help us to develop the company and take it to new heights.
Michal Mor Kopel – Former CEO of the Directors Association (representing ~20K executives in Israel) and current CEO of SRI, a major investor club.
Einat Skurnik – Former senior executive at Bank Leumi, where she managed the bank’s investment advisers. Today, she serves as a director at a major insurance company.
