About the platform

We are a new kind of platform for real estate investors. We believe that people should be able to invest regardless of their budget or how experienced they are. So, we came up with REALTY BUNDLES, a simple, intuitive and even fun way to invest in real estate around the world.

How it works

We connect investors with international investment opportunities using “Bundles”. A Bundle is an investment vehicle that holds multiple assets based on the Bundle’s unique investment strategy.

How do I invest in a bundle?

Investing with REALTY BUNDLES is almost as simple as making any other online purchase (we assume you know how that works!).
The process goes like this: register, provide a few simple identification documents, find the right property bundle for you, make your investment and voila! You’re the proud co-owner of a bundle.

What securities do I get?

We’ve got your back. Similar to owning shares in private companies, investors will register with the Registrar of Partnerships. These form your securities and the terms attached to them appear in the Limited Partnership Agreement (LPA).

Are there any risks?

Yes. All investments, including investments made using our platform, carry risks. We believe that we have found a way to dramatically reduce these risks but we have not eliminated them. We aim to be as transparent as possible because we value your trust, your time and most of all, your money. Needless to say, you should NEVER invest without consulting an independent professional advisor first. You can read more about the different risks of investing here.

Let’s say I want out, how does that work?

Easily. There are three main ways to sell your investment in a bundle: 1. Capital reserves kept in liquid assets: Each bundle will hold up to 20% of its investment money in liquid assets, offering investors a quick and easy exit. 2. New investments: New investors' money entering the bundle will first be used to allow investors seeking to exit the bundle to do so. 3. Sale of properties at market value: Occasionally (usually once a year), the bundle managers will establish exit points and, if necessary, will sell properties to allow investors seeking to exit to do so. Remember: Investments are never risk-free and selling your rights might take a long time.

Will I have to pay any other fees?

Yes. Besides the initial investment, you’ll need to pay:

1. Management fee: An annual fee of 0.5% of the assets under management (AUM) is paid by each bundle to cover management costs.

2. Success fee: We only charge a success fee when the bundle’s profits reach at least 5% p.a. Above 5%, we are entitled to a success fee calculated in the following ways:

  • For profits of up to 10%, we charge an additional 1% fee (for example, for a bundle generating 8% profit p.a., we will charge 8% of the profits or ~0.64% of the AUM).
  • For profits above 10%, we charge a 2% success fee (for example, for a bundle generating 13% profit p.a., we will charge 16% or ~2.08% of the AUM).

3. Agency fee: REALTY BUNDLES charges the agencies we work with a commission as agreed with each agency.
